Pastor Paul Krampitz is a graduate of Yale Divinity School and Hartford Seminary, where he received his Doctor of Ministry degree. He also completed a year of study at the Lutheran School of Theology at Philadelphia. Before being called to Bethany Lutheran Church he served congregations in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Pastor Paul is a past Dean of the Southern CT and Central CT Conferences and served on the New England Synod Council and Candidacy Committee. Pastor Paul serves as a Chaplain for Luther Ridge of Middletown, the CT State Police and the Cromwell Police and Fire Departments. Trained in Natural Church Development and Church Coaching, Pastor Paul has served as a consultant and retreat facilitator for numerous congregations interested in redevelopment and visioning. Pastor Paul resides with his wife Paula and their three children Zoë, Zaidan and Zachary. He has two adult daughters, Christina and Maria, who were born in the Dominican Republic.

Minister of Music
Allan has been associated with the music program of Bethany Lutheran Church for over 50 years, most recently as the Minister of Music. He has appeared in concerts and recitals throughout New England and served as tenor soloist at a number of churches and synagogues.
He attended the Hartt College of Music, graduated from the University of Hartford and, in addition to private voice lessons from many teachers, was for many years a student of Belle Julie Soudant in New York (Julliard).

Office Manager / Preschool Registrar
Robin is the Office Manager at Bethany Lutheran Church and also the Registrar for Bethany Lutheran Preschool. She has been employed at Bethany since November, 1993.
She is married and has two grown daughters, a son-in-law, three granddaughters and a grandson. Her interests include: cooking, baking, crafts, and spending time with her family and friends.
President
Karol has been a member at Bethany Lutheran Church for 24 years. She taught Sunday school for many years as her children grew up in the church. A long time member of Joyful Noise she finds comfort and joy in all music of which Bethany has several music ministries. Karol works full time for Special Olympics Connecticut and the CIAC school based unified sports programs. She is delighted to be serving as president of the church council.
